Howard Stern sidekick Robin Quivers pays $2.425M for a condo on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Robin Quivers, a sidekick to talk-show king Howard Stern, has paid $2,425,000 for a condominium unit in a newly built building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

The New York Observer’s “The Real Estate” blog today broke the story of Quivers’ purchase of her new condo, which his in the building at 200 West End Avenue. Records show that Quivers, 55, went to contract to purchase the unit on February 22, and closed on the purchase on May 16. The deal was recorded with the city this morning. Quivers’ “full sale price” (i.e., including personal property) was $2,469,256, according to public records.

Quivers’ 22nd-floor unit measures 1,486 square feet, the Observer reported. The building was designed by Costas Kondylis, the paper reported.

Quivers previously had owned a 1,593-square-foot house at 515 Ocean Terrace in Staten Island, which she sold in October 2007 for $1,200,000, according to public records. She also owns a place in Long Beach Township, N.J. that she purchased for $2,775,000 in 2005, according to public records.
